克汀病人血Cu、Zn、Se含量及CuZn SOD、SeGSH-Px活性观察

摘  要:测定地方性克汀病患者、病区正常成人血液中Cu、Zn、Se含量及红细胞CuZnSOD、SeGSH-Px活性,发现克汀病患者及病区正常人血Zn、Se含量低,红细胞CuZnSOD、SeGSH-Px活性显著低于非病区成人,克汀病人SOD活性还显著低于病区正常成人。同时测定病区粮食、饮水、土壤中相应元素含量,发现病区居民主食Zn、Se含量低,病区人群Zn、Se代谢紊乱可能正是由于环境中两种元素缺乏的结果。The concentration of Cu,Zn,Se and the activity of CuZn SOD,Se GSH Px of red blood cell were determined in 21 cases of critinism patients and 15 cases of nomal adults living in the same endemic region.The contents of same elements in the soil,drinking water,rice and corn from this region were also assayed.The results showed that the concentrations of Zn,Se and the activity of CuZn SOD,Se GSH Px in critinism patients and the nomal adults living in the endemic region were lower than those in the adults from a nonendemic region.The activity of CuZn SOD in the patients was much lower than that of the adults living in the same region.The contents of Cu,Zn,Se in these living materials of the endemic region were lower at differential degree than those of the non endemic region.Our results suggest that the people living in the endemic region showed the disturbances of Zn and Se metabolism,and some defects of relative enzymes,which were brought about by the shortage of these elements in their living environment.
