摘　　要：目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定心可宁胶囊中原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(10∶90),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为280nm。结果原儿茶醛线性范围0.028μg^0.84μg,相关系数r=0.9995,平均加样回收率为98.82%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.03%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便,准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Xinkening capsules by HPLC, METHODS The Suntek C18 column with methanol-0,5 96 glacial acetic acid（10： 90, v： v） was used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detective wavelength was 280nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in a range of 0. 028ug- 0.84ug for the protocatechuic aldehyde （r = 0. 9995）. The average recovery was 98.82 96 and therelated standard deviation（RSD） was 1.03 96 （n= 6）, CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
