摘 要:选定乙酸,乙醇和异戊醇,甲苯和乙酸酐,乙酸乙酯和甲醇作为煤大分子结构中的模型化合物,使其在固体超强酸催化下进行了酯化、酰化、酯交换反应.对反应结果做GC/MS检测,对SZ和FSZ进行IR,XRD,TEM和NH3-TPD表征.结果表明:2种超强酸都具备高催化活性的基本特征,2种催化剂催化的酯化反应产物的总离子流色谱图基本相同,酯交换反应的情况也是如此,这是2种催化剂中含有等量布朗斯特酸催化的结果;FSZ催化的酰化反应转化率明显下降归因于FSZ中起催化作用的路易斯酸位的减少.除FSZ催化的酰化反应外,其余反应的转化率和选择性都达到了80%以上,FSZ回收率达90%,高于SZ的回收率.The esterification of acetic acid with alcohol and isoamyl alcohol, acylation of toluene and acetic anhydride, ester exchange reaction of ethyl acetate and methanol were studied in heterogeneous reaction systems with solid superacid catalysts. These reactants were selected as coal model compounds and the reaction products were analyzed with GC/MS. The catalysts (SZ and FSZ) have been characterized using IR, XRD, TEM and NH3-TPD techniques. The results show that the two catalysts have the general characteristics of high catalytic activity. Because there are the same amount of B acid in SZ and FSZ, the total ion chromatograms of the esterifications catalyzed by SZ and FSZ are almost the same, and that of ester exchange reactions are almost the same too. The products of acylation catalyzed by SZ are found in its total ion chromatograms, but there are no products found using FSZ. The conversion rate and selectivity of these reactions is 80% except acylation catalyzed by FSZ. The recovery ratio using FSZ is 90%, which is higher than that using SZ.
