摘　　要：随机网络评审技术是一种基于随机网络和计算机仿真,用以辅助管理、决策、计划评审和风险分析的有效科学方法.以轿车技术改造实例阐述了随机网络评审技术在解决多随机因素管理中的应用.VERT （Venture Evaluation and Review Technique） is an effective scientific method based on stochastic network and computer simulation for assisting management, decision-making, programme assessment and risk analysis. Taking car technical innovation as a case, this paper expounds the application of VERT in resolving the management of multiple stochastic factors.
