摘 要:采用亚慢性动物实验的方法,氟砷联合作用对肝、肾的损伤进行了专题研究。研究结果表明:氟砷联合作用对肝、肾 SOD、GSH-Px 酶活性和-SH 含量均有影响。氟与砷之间存在着拮抗作用。对肝组织 Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg 及肾组织 Mg、Ca、Sr、Al 的影响也属于拮抗作用。对肾脏 Fe 有明显蓄积作用,但对肾脏 Mn 的影响属协同作用。提示氟砷联合作用对肝、肾的损伤,一方面是氟和砷的直接作用,另一方面是氟砷通过影响肝、肾组织酶活性而引起自由基平衡紊乱及无机元素紊乱而造成损伤。尽管氟砷联合作用在对肝脏、肾脏多项指标影响方面呈拮抗作用,而这种拮抗作用也是通过组织细胞的代谢活动来体现的,因此不可避免地要影响组织细胞正常代谢活动而造成肝脏和肾脏的损伤。By using the method of subchronic animal experiment,authors made the monographic study on ef- fects of arsenic and fluoride in liver and kiney of rats.The results indicated that arsenic,fluoride and their combination had effects in the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathlone peroxidase (GSH-Px)and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and sulphhydryl group(-SH),suggesting that there were antagonistic effects between arsenic and fluoride.Effects of Zn,Fe,Ca and Mg in liver and Ca,Mg,Sr and A1 in kidney were also antagonistic effects.Arsenic could accumulate the content of Fe. But to Mn,there seemed to be synergism between arsenic and fluoride.As outlined above,the harm of arsenic and fluoride in liver and kidney has two aspects.One is the direct action.Another is indirect ac- tion——the disturbance of free radical balance and abnormality of metabolism of some inorganic ele- ments.Although antagonism in many indices existed in liver and kidney,it had also been showed in pro- cess of metabolism of cells.As a result,normal metabolism of cells could hardly avoid being disturbed and the injury occured in liver and kidney.
