断手指分型、分级的改进及其临床应用

摘　　要：目的对断手指分型、分级进行改进和完善。方法采用改进的方法对689例(711指)断手指进行分型、分级,并均予以手术治疗。结果断手指分型、分级获得改进,每个断手指均定为一个相应的型别和级别。从分级情况看,a级和b级539例(75.8%),提示损伤程度轻的占多数;从分型情况看,未破坏掌指关节的病例(Ⅰ￣Ⅲ型)占多数(91.3%),提示手功能恢复良好。结论断手指分型、分级的改进对指导临床规范治疗具有重要意义。Objective To introduce an improving classification of damag named it as the type and grade of damaged digits （TGDD）. Methods Seven ed digits, hundred which we and eleven damaged digits in 689 cases were collected.All these digits were classified by the amended TGDD and treated by operation. Results All these damaged digits could be typed with the TGDD and one digit only one type ＆ grade. In five hundred and thirty-mine cases digits were typed as grade a or b （75.8%） and in 649 cases digits were typed as type Ⅰ -Ⅲ （91.3%）. Conclusion The TGDD is involved in some basic subjects, such as anatomy, pathology and so on. The DDs can be classified with the TGDD.
