摘　　要：针对传统摄影测量像片调绘中存在的效率低、要求高的问题,设计了新的外业调绘生产工艺流程,从理论上提出了自由网平差方式和完全无控制作业方式的模式,并在实验中进行了验证。基于新的调绘生产工艺流程可以很好地降低生产成本,提高生产效率,保持内外业数据的一致性,提高作业人员的专业技能。In order to solving the problems of low efficiency and high requirement in the traditional photogrammetry, this paper designs a new production technical flow, presents free -network adjustment schema and fully without -control schema. Finally ,we give them a full test in an experiment. The new production technical flow can decrease the production cost, raise production efficiency, and keep the consistency of indoor and outdoor, improve the professional skill of operator.
