摘 要:研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化苦荞芦丁的工艺。以树脂对芦丁的吸附率、解吸率为评价指标,讨论了影响苦荞芦丁分离纯化的几个主要因素。结果显示:D16大孔吸附树脂对苦荞芦丁有较好的吸附性能,在一定的适宜条件下,可以使粗提物的纯度得到较大程度的提高,纯化后芦丁纯度达到38.76%。Study on the Separation and purification of rutin from tartary buckwheat by macro-porous resin D16. The absorption rates and desorption rates of macro-porous resin were selected as monitoring parameters for sep- arating efficiency of rutin .Some important facters which affected the Purification were investigated. Results show that D16 had better absorption property to rutin from tartary buckwheat through the absorption and purification by macro-porous resin.and under the appropriate conditions,the purity of the crude extract be improved, after it,the purification of rutin reachs 38.76 %.
