摘 要:随着"精英化"教育向"大众化"教育的转变,高等院校的在校生急剧增加,从而导致了毕业生就业难的问题。在这种高等教育转型的过程中,应围绕着就业难的突出问题,有效地开展全程化大学生就业指导工作,加强对大学生的内涵培养,提高大学生的综合能力,增强毕业生的社会竞争力。文章就高等教育转型期如何做好全程化大学生就业指导工作进行创新探讨,提出两个有效的工作措施,一是做好大学生就业心理准备的辅导,做好职业生涯规划与设计的指导,培养大学生综合能力和综合素质,加强毕业生就业观念与技巧指导,提高毕业生的社会竞争力。二是加强就业实习基地建设、使用与管理工作,为毕业生顺利就业铺路。With the rapid development of higher education, China has realized the transition from the "elite" education to "mass" education, which resulted in the sharp increase of the number of college undergraduates, thus the competition of finding jobs becomes fiercer. In the process of the transition, it is of urgent need to cultivate undergraduates' practical abilities and pay more attention to guiding them facing job-hunting in order to help them compete with others in the job markets. This article studies the issue on how to offer undergraduates correct guidance in facing employment all through the college life, then it put forward two effective measures: one is to improve undergraduates' competitiveness in the job market by helping them jobs, plan their career before graduating, improve their integrated of job-hunting, and job-hunting skills ; the other to job vacancies. get psychologically prepared for future capabilities, their overall quality, their concept establish relations with more cities or towns, which may have job vacancies.
