摘  要:简要回顾了近年来在涡旋压缩机泄漏方面的研究进展,提出了微型涡旋压缩机的概念,并对微型涡旋压缩机的泄漏问题进行了理论计算。通过对泄漏通道和流动特性的分析,建立了泄漏计算模型,讨论了泄漏间隙等参数对泄漏的影响。计算模型和计算结果可为微型涡旋压缩机的设计和制造提供依据。The research in leakage characteristics of scroll compressors in the past few years was reviewed over. The concept of micro scroll compressor was put forward, it focuses on the theoretical calculation of the leakage in a micro scroll compressor. The leakage and related factors was analyzed with a simplified model, the affected performance resulted from gas loss was discussed due to both leakages from radial and axial directions in micro scale compressors. The discussion and related results are helpful to determine some parameters in design and manufacture of micro scroll compressors.
