摘 要:根据吸附式制冷的基本原理,利用太阳能辐射作为热源,研究了在一种新型太阳能吸付式制冷器。该新型弯曲式太阳能冷管采用吸附床整体成型技术,利用复合吸附剂-水作为工质对。实验结果表明:该冷管在太阳能辐射量为20.5MJ/(d·m^2)时,吸附床在白天最高温度达到223℃,最高冷凝温摩约为60℃,整个白天脱附出制冷剂168.1g;在夜间时,吸附床温度可以降至52℃左右,最低的蒸发温度为12℃左右,制冷功率从最高14W左右下降至次日晨2W,制冷量约为378kJ。在夏季、秋季太阳能辐射量为17—22MJ/(d·m^2)之间时,该冷管制冷量为300—390kJ,制冷系数COP为0.23—0.25。The novel bond solar cooling tube, which uses solar light as energy and compound adsorbont/water as working pair, was made and experimental studied in this research. The experimental results show that, when the solar radiation was about 20. 5MJ/( d · m^2 ) at the daytime, the temperature of adsorbent bed could reached to 223℃, the condensation temperature was about 60℃ , the desorbent mass was about 168. lg. In the nighttime, the adsorbent bed temperature was cooled down to about 52℃ and the evaporator temperature was about 12℃, the refrigeration power was varied from 14W to 2W, the total cooling capacity was about 378 kJ. At the solar radiation was between 17 -22 MJ/( d · m^2 ) in the summer or autumn, the novel bend solar cooling tube could supply cooling capacity about 300 - 390 kJ and the COP is about 0.23 - 0.25.
