摘　　要：分别从静态结构与动态过程两个方面对医院技术创新体系进行分析,找出其内部运行机理,在此基础上进一步探讨了医院技术创新体系的实施环境,提出了把提高自主创新能力放在医院技术创新工作的核心位置,加快建设医院技术创新体系是我国目前医院发展的重要任务。To analyze structure of the hospital technological innovation, system from the static state and the dynamic progress respectively, with the purpose of discovering its internal mechanism, in order to implore external implementation environment of the hospital technological innovation system further. Then the article made improving the capability of independent innovation to hospital technical innovation work on the core position, and to be an important task to speed up the building of hospitals technological innovation system for hospital development in China.
