摘　　要：鉴于当前我国医疗质量监管存在忽视医院医疗服务行为的日常监管、监督执法能力不全以及缺乏完善的监督评估标准和长效机制,提出了应用临床路径的医疗质量管理模式对医疗机构的医疗质量实施有效监管的建议。Given the fact that medical service quality supervision in our country lack of the daily supervision of medical service behavior, supervision and law enforcement were incapable, and sound standards for monitoring and evalua- tion as well as a long-term mechanism were not estabilished.It suggested that medical service quality control pattern of clinical path should be used to regulate the medical quality of medical institutions effectively.
