摘　　要：在系统思想与现代物流管理模式的指导下,从医院物流管理过程的最优整体绩效出发,针对医院物流的特点与医院物流管理的现状,提出一种包括物流战略层、经营管理层与执行信息管理层在内的医院物流管理的整体策略。该策略将物流战略层的物流采购决策、经营管理层的物流运作计划以及物流运作过程的执行信息管理集成起来,给出了相应的框架模型及功能分析,其设计思想及相关论点对提高医院物流管理绩效有一定的参考价值。According to the system thinking and the mode of modern logistics management and baseo on the hospital logistics＇ characteristics and the present situation of hospital, the paper puts forward a whole tactic of the hospita logistics management including the logistics strategy layer, the operation management layer and the executive information management layer in order to attain the whole optimal performance of the hospital logistics management.lntegrating the logistics procurement decision of the logistics strategy layer, the logistics operation plan of the operation management layer and the executive information management of the logistics operation processes, the tactic gives a corresponding frame model and the functional analysis.The model＇s design thinking and the reletive arguments have a certain reference value in improving the hospital logistics management performance,
