摘  要:设计了一种由三级力放大机构和无杆缸组成的气动夹具系统,力的放大基于三个角度完成。该三级力放大机构具有结构简单、布置紧凑的优点,将其应用于气动夹具中,能够显著减小气缸的直径;或是在气缸直径相同的条件下,使夹具的输出力得到明显的增大。为解决气动夹具体积过大这一棘手问题提供了新的思路。This article has designed an air operated jig system, which is composed by three levels of strength enlargements organization and the non -pole cylinder. The strength enlargement completes based on three ways. The three levels of strength enlargements organization have the advantages of simple structure and compact arrangement. If we apply this organization in the air operated jig, it can remarkably reduce the diameter of the cylinder or output a remarkable enlarged force while the diameter of the cylinder is the same. This article provides the new mentality to solve the delicate matter, which is the oversized air operated jig.
