摘  要:为镗削客车后桥壳体的分段反台阶内孔,并满足成批生产的需要,制定了后桥壳体调头镗孔工艺,设计了一种专用的后桥壳体镗孔机床,圆满地解决了工件的定位装夹、镗杆的导向等难题。该专机自动化程度高,工件装夹方便,安全防护可靠,生产能力高,能确保工件的镗孔精度。In order to bore the inverse stepped inner holes of different stage on passenger car rear axle in batch production, the U -turn boring process is proposed and a special machine is designed. Thus the problems of positioning and fixing of the part, direction of the boring bar have been solved successfully. The special machine features high degree of automation, simple fixture of the part, reliable safe protection and high producing capacity, and the accuracy of the bored holes can be ensured.
