摘　　要：基于国内外无地效翼船试验规程的现状,深入研究了一型20m地效翼船,通过确定其试验体系方案、建立评价体系、形成测试体系,从而构建了试验体系,为全面考核该型船主要性能指标提供了科学的决策依据.Based on no test rules of wing-in-ground（WIG） craft at home and abroad, a 20M WIG craft is researched, by making certain the scheme for the test system, building the evaluation system, forming the test system, all of which constitute the test system of 20M WIG craft. The test system can offer scientific decision-making gist to check and evaluate the performance targets of the craft.
