摘　　要：根据舰船招标涉及的各个方面,建立舰船项目招标评价指标体系.针对舰船项目招标评价指标的相对性、模糊性特点,运用模糊层次分析方法建立评价模型,对评价指标体系的设立、评价指标权重的确定、中标单位的选择进行了实例说明.评价模型对招标决策有实际应用价值.Index system of naval vessel item bidding evaluation is built up according to every aspects of naval vessel item bidding. Evaluation model is built up usmg fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, with respect to the relativity and fuzziness of index system. The institution of evaluation index system, confirmation of powers of index and selection of manufacturers are explained by an example. The evaluation model is valuable to bidding decision-making in practice.
