172例散发性戊型肝炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨戊型病毒性肝炎的临床特点。方法将2004年1月～2007年9月四川大学华西医院收治的172例戊型病毒性肝炎患者按年龄和是否重叠感染分组,比较各组之间的临床及实验室检查特点。结果本组资料显示,戊肝患者男性多见（81.4%）。不同类型分组中ALB水平老年组〈中年组〈青年组〈少儿组,乙肝＋戊肝重叠感染组〈单纯戊肝组,均有显著差异;痊愈平均住院时间老年组〉中年组〉青年组〉少儿组,乙肝＋戊肝重叠感染组〉单纯戊肝组,差异显著。结论戊肝患者以中老年男性为主,是否有少龄化趋势需进一步探讨。老年戊型肝炎患者低清蛋白血症明显、肝损害重、恢复时间长,但其重肝发生率与非老年组无差异。重叠感染者比单纯戊肝患者肝损害重,发生并发症的概率高,但并无随年龄增长重叠感染机会增多的倾向。Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with hepatitis E virus （HEV）infection. Methods The clinieal data of 172 patients with HEV admitred to the Western China Hospital of Siehuan University from Jul.2004 to Sep.2007 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were respectively divided according to their age and whether or not superinfect. Results The clinical data of the majority of patients with HEV were males （81.4 % ）. Among the different groups, the levels of albumin lowered significantly with the advance of age,the same was true in the superinfection-group .In which there was significant difference .The average stay of healing were significantly higher in aged group compared with other groups. So did the superinfection-group. The satistical difference was significant. Conclusion The middle-aged and the aged male had a higher incidence and more severe hepatic damage. It needs a further investigation on the young tendency .The aged with hepatitis E virus infection had obvious hypoalbuminaemia, heavy hepatic lesion and long recovery time,but the incidence of its gravis type hepatitis had no difference than the unaged.The superinfection-group had more haverier hepatic damage and higher probability of the complication than simpleinfection-group, but had no increasely tendency of superinfection following the growth of age.
