摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振成像在中晚期胎儿检查中的应用价值。方法自愿接受检查中晚期孕妇29例进行回顾性分析。结果胎儿各系统得到良好显示。结论胎儿磁共振成像变成与超声成像方法互相补充的重要方法之一。Objective To discuss the value of MRI in the diagnosis of the normal intermediate and advanced stage fetus. Methods The MRI images in 29 women with pregnancies were retrospectively analyzed. Results muhisystem display is well showed. Conclusion magnetic resonance imaging plays a significant role in fetus examination with ultrasonic imaging.
