摘 要:利用矮败小麦为群体改良工具,提出了小麦聚类轮回选择育种技术。按照育种目标组建不同类群,分类群聚合同类有益基因,使基因在相对同一的趋向上进行交流和重组,实现主效基因的有效结合和微效基因的相互累加,轮回改良群体,逐渐逼近育种目标。育成了一批遗传背景丰富,具有优质、高产、多抗特性的小麦新品种和特异材料,为小麦的群体改良探索出了一条简易高效的新方法。Technique of cluster recurrent selection on wheat has been developed using dwarf malesterile wheat parents as a tool for group improvement. With different combinations of wheat hybrid groups on the breeding aims, and pyramiding of many good genes according to the same characters, many genes can be exchanged and regrouped in the same breeding tends. Such, major genes are effectively combined, and minor genes are gradually added each other, wheat groups are recurrently improved, and breeding aims can be finally approached. By these ways, some new varieties and distinctive breeding materials with broad genetic backgrounds, multiple resistances, high-yielding, and good quality, have recently been developed in Xiangfan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, indicating that it is a new, simple and effective way for group improvement.
