摘　　要：本文介绍了一种预防外科手术感染的方法并加以证实。于术前约０．５ｈ静脉给予头孢哌酮４．０ｇ，测定给药后２ｈ及４ｈ时血清药物浓度，据此及手术易染菌的最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ），推算出血中头孢哌酮浓度能维持大于ＭＩＣ的时间ＴＭＩＣ。结果表明，ＴＭＩＣ可覆盖一般外科手术全过程（４～６ｈ）。此种预防手术感染的方法从实验结果和临床实践中被证明是安全、可靠的。A preoperative antibiotic prophylaxic method is described and proved here.A dosage of 4g cefoperazone was given by iv 0.5 h before operation.The drug concentration was detected in serum 2h and 4h after iv.Depending on the data of drug concentrations and MIC,the time when the drug concentration is more than MIC (ie.t MIC ) was aclculated.The t MIC was long enough to cover the whole procedure (4￣6h) to prevent the patients from infection during and after operation.This method is proved being safe and reliable by test and practice.
