气相色谱法测定复方丁香吸入剂中有效成分的含量

摘　　要：以正十一醇为内标，用程序升温填充柱ＧＣ法同时测定复方丁香吸入剂中的丁香酚、冰片及薄荷醇的含量。本法采用ＦＩＤ为检测器，色谱柱为１０％ＰＥＧ－２０ＭＣｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｂＷＡＷ－ＤＭＣＳ８０～１００目。２ｍ×４ｍｍ（Ｉ．Ｄ．）不锈钢填充柱，柱室温度程序为１４０℃（６ｍｉｎ）３℃／ｍｉｎ→１７５℃（１０ｍｉｎ）。样品用乙酸乙酯超声振荡提取３０ｍｉｎ，过滤后便可进样分析。A temperature programming packed column GC method with n undecanol as internal standard was established to determine the contents of eugenol,borneol and menthol in Chinese patent medicine named compound Dingxiang inhalation.A stainless steel column of 2m×4mm (I.D.) packed with 10% PEG 20M chromosorb W AW DMCS 80￣100 mesh was used.The carrier gas was nitrogen with a flow rate of 45ml·min -1 .The detector was FID with its temperature at 240℃.The temperature of injector was 240℃,too.The column temperature programming was 140℃ (6min) 3℃/min 175℃ (10min).The average recoveries of eugenol,borneol and menthol were 98.6% ( RSD = 1.12% ), 99.7% ( RSD = 0.974% ) and 100.4% ( RSD = 0.761% ) respectively.This method is simple and rapid.Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate for 30min,then filtered and injected for GC analysis.
