复方氧氟沙星口腔溃疡膜的制备及临床应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了复方氧氟沙星口腔溃疡膜的处方、制备工艺、质量控制及临床疗效。结果表明：口腔溃疡膜治疗组总有效率为９７．９％；双料喉风散对照组为８６．２％。治疗组显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。The formula (ofloxacin 1.0 g,prednisolone acetate 0.05 g,et al),method of preparation,quality control and clinical effect observation of compound ofloxacin sticking film for treatmant of aphthous ulcer were described.It is useful for the treatmant of aphthous ulcer,there were two groups of patients,a treated group of 48 patients and a comparative group of 29 patients.The effective rate of the group treated with the preparation was 97.9 percent.The other group was 86.2 percent.The treated group has a better effect ( P < 0.05 ).
