摘  要:以活性炭(AC)为催化剂、双氧水(H2O2)为氧化剂进行双酚A废水催化氧化实验研究。分别考察了温度、pH值、反应时间、H2O2用量及催化剂用量等因素对双酚A降解率的影响。结果表明,US(超声波)/AC/H2O2体系中,双酚A降解率高于AC/H2O2体系。处理90mg/L双酚A100mL模拟废水的最佳反应条件是:温度60℃,pH=5,H2O2加入量0.15mL,反应1h后降解率达到95%以上。AC/H2O2和US/AC/H2O2体系处理含酚废水过程中,双酚A的降解规律符合表观一级反应。Catalytic oxidation process for treating bisphenol A wastewater was investigated by using activated carbon as catalyst and H2O2 as oxidant. The influence of several different parameters including temperature, the initial pH value of wastewater, the initial concentration of hydrogen peroxide, catalyst dosage, and reaction time was investigated. The results show that the degradation efficiency of bisphenol A in the presence of US/H2O2 /AC systems is better than that in H2O2/AC systems. The initial concentration of 90 mg/L bisphenol A is selected as model pollutant aqueous. With the ultrasound irradiation 60 min, the degradation ratio is more than 95% under the conditions of catalyst dosage 1 g, temperature 60℃, pH 5.0, 30% /H2O2 addition 0.15 mL for 100 mL wastewater. The oxidation reaction of bisphenol A by US/H2O2/AC and H2O2/AC follows apparent first order reaction with respect to bisphenol A.
