摘　　要：通过对棒材厂小型车间冷床下卸钢系统进行升级改造，解决了Ф10mm、Ф12mm小规格螺纹钢在冷床齐头后，下床面收集的过程中容易出现的弯曲、缠绕、乱床面等现象，有效提高了产量及成材率。Through a transformation of the cooling bed bottom steel-discharge system at the Bar Plant, phenomena frequently arising during collecting such as bending, wrapping and ragged bed surface for small-specification ribbed bar （Ф10mm, Ф12mm） were solved, effectively enhancing its output and rolling rate.
