摘 要:为了使Wilkinson功分器能够在两个任意的频率点上对纯电阻负载实现理想的阻抗匹配,该文利用双节传输线的双频阻抗变换特性,并在输出端口并联开路微带线,设计了一种具有高隔离度的双频Wilkinson微带功分器。基于奇-偶模分析方法获得双频功分器解析设计公式,然后研制了一个工作频率为2.0GHz和4.2GHz的双频Wilkinson微带功分器。测试结果表明:其在两个中心工作频率的传输衰减分别为3.5dB和3.8dB;各个端口的回波损耗和隔离度在频率1.9~2.1GHz和4.1~4.3GHz的范围内均优于15dB。Based on the two-section impedance transform character of the transmission-line, with open-circuit stub paralleling at each output port, a dual-band microstrip Wilkinson power divider with good isolation is designed to perfectly match any resistive load at two arbitrary frequencies, On the basis of even-odd mode analysis, the analytical formulas are obtained. The operating frequencies of the dual-band microstrip Wilkinson power divider are 2.0 GHz and 4.2 GHz. Measured results show that the transmission coefficients at the two operating frequencies are 3.5 dB and 3.8 dB, and that return loss and isolation are both better when the operating frequencies are 1.9~2. 1 GHz and 4.1~4.3 GHz than when the frequency is 15 dB.
