摘　　要：针对军队院校图书馆开展个性化知识服务的必要性展开论述,提出要实现军队院校图书馆个性化知识服务要从树立理念、借鉴国内外前沿成果、加强信息资源建设、构建个性化主页和提高馆员综合素质等方面着手。The paper first points out the necessity for libraries of military colleges and universities to provide characteristic services. Then it suggests that in order to fully fulfill this necessity, libraries in military colleges and universities should concentrate their efforts on the following aspects： setting up corresponding concepts, learning from domestic and oversea advanced experience, strengthening the accumulation of information sources, creating featured homepages and then improving the comprehensive abilities of library staff etc.
