摘 要:硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)中亚细胞微观10B的分布对确定细胞凋亡概率和细胞核内的沉积剂量有重要意义。本工作研究采用CR-39固体径迹探测器测量亚细胞结构中10B浓度的方法,通过激光标记、光电镜扫描及图像重建方式获得了生物切片中各细胞器的径迹密度,在ICP-AES宏观测量基础上计算出相应细胞器的10B浓度。实验结果表明,固体径迹探测器与激光标记和电镜扫描结合可实现亚细胞结构中微观10B分布浓度的测量。Microscopic distribution of 10^B in sub-cellular tissue is significantly important in microdosimetry of boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) for measuring apoptosis rates of cell and deposited dosage in cell nucleus. A method for measuring concentration of 10^B in sub-cellular tissue using solid state nuclear track detector (CR-39) was studied. Cell position labeled by laser, optical microscopy scanning, electron microscopy scanning and image reconstruction were utilized to obtain the track density of cell organelle. Based on the result of macro-level measured by ICP-AES, concentrations of 10^B in cell organelle were calculated respectively. The result demonstrates that microscopic distribution of 10^B in sub-cellular tissue could be detected by combining solid state nuclear track detector with laser label and electron microscopy scanning.
