摘　　要：介绍了甘蔗糖厂原料处理车间切蔗机设备的结构特点、作用,分析了生产过程中经常出现的问题,对切蔗机入口大小、切蔗机电机功率选取给出理论计算公式及经验值,并结合生产要求对该产品进行改造设计,以提高设备处理量。The structure, function and problems occurred in the producing process of sugarcane cutting machine used in raw material processing workshop in sugarcane plant was introduced. Reforms in the design of the machine was carried out to meet the production requirements and to improve the equipment handling capacity. The size of the entry of sugarcane machine, and the theoretical formula and experimental value of the machine＇s electrical power were discussed.
