摘　　要：对当代"80后"大学生进行生命教育以提高其生命质量是十分必要的。目前,对于大学生生命教育的规律研究还很少。大学生生命教育应遵循以下五条规律:以科学的指导思想为灵魂;坚持认知、体验与实践相结合等四大原则;"以人为本"的教育理念作为生命教育的主题;要理论联系实际;以树立正确的生死观为归宿。It is urgent to carry out life instruction among the college students born after the 1980＇s so as to improve their quality of life. There is a limited number of studies for the rules of life education on college students. Here, five laws should be kept iu life education： First, the scientific guidelines are the soul of the program; Second, the four principles must be the focus; Third, the educational idea of ＂putting people first＂ is the theme; Fourth, it is crucial to link up theory with practice; Finally, establish a correct outlook on life and death as the end result.
