摘  要:为了使可编程放大器PGA202/203正确放大数据,为准确测量提供一个基本保证条件,设计了可编程放大器PGA202/203的实用调零电路。首先,按可编程放大器PGA202/203的原芯片资料的调零电路调试,但怎么调都调不到0,因而分析了PGA202/203的原芯片资料的调零电路不能调零的原因,采用设计的新电阻网络作为PGA202/203的实用调零电路,并应用在基于单片机制作的智能检测信息处理器中。调试及应用结果表明,该实用调零电路能可靠调零,提高了测量数据的准确性。In order that the programmable amplifier PGA202/203 could amplify data correctly, a basic guarantee condition must be provided for accurate measurement. We studied the design of programmable amplifier PGA202/203 practical zero-adjusting circuit. First, PGA202/203 zero-adjusting circuit was debugged using original chip information, but it can not be adjusted to zero in any case. Therefore, the reason why PGA202/203 zero-adjusting circuit using original chip information can not be adjusted to zero was analyzed. A new resistance network was designed, which was used as PGA202/203 practical zero-adjusting circuit, and it was applied in intelligent detection information pi'oeessor based on MCU. The debugging and the result ot applications indicate that the practical zero-adjusting circuit can be adjusted reliably to zero and would enhance the accuracy of the measurement data.
