摘　　要：随着我国证券市场的快速发展,市场层次单一等问题也日益突出,成为我国证券市场体系建设的一块绊脚石,阻碍其健康快速发展。我们应该比较借鉴美国、日本等发达国家的市场建设经验,针对我国证券市场的现状,首先以交易所为基础,放大证券市场的空间;以"做市商"精神启动我国多层次市场建设;对沪、深交易所重新定位,建立合理的主板市场等。With the rapid development of China＇s securities market, the level of a single market and other issues are also increasingly prominent, and become China＇s securities market system construction of a stumbling block, the obstacles to their healthy and rapid development. We should draw comparison the United States, Japan and other developed countries the market-building experience, the status-China＇s securities market, first of all to exchange the basis of the securities market to enlarge the space to ＂market maker＂ the spirit of our country initiated the building of a multi-level market; the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange re-positioning, the establishment of a reasonable motherboard market.
