摘 要:作者在用抗体诱发动物急性溶血的方法建立的红细胞在体衰老模型的基础上,对红细胞衰老过程中的细胞密度变化进行了研究。其结果显示:随着红细胞年龄的增加,其平均密度增加,细胞密度与细胞年龄呈线性相关关系(r=0.847,P<0.01),但同龄红细胞的密度离散度较大,不同年龄细胞间密度重叠的红细胞数量较多。提示用密度的差异对不同年龄红细胞进行分离,分辨率不高。Changes in density of red blood cells (RBCs) during in vivo aging were studied using an animal model developed with the method of antibody inducement of acute RBC lysis. The results indicated that with the development of RBC aging, the average density of RBCs increased, and there was a good positive correlation between the density of RBC and its “age” (r=0.847, P<0.01 ). However, the densities of RBC of the same age scattered widely, and among the RBC groups of different age, there were a large number of RBCs with densities overlapping to each other. This implied that the density gradient separation method was of low precision to separate RBCs of different age.
