摘 要:根据血液的阻抗-频率特性和典型的三元件血液模型,介绍了一种研究血液电特性的新方法多频率阻抗法。并对用生理盐水置换了血浆的血液和经戊二醛磷酸缓冲液处理后,红细胞硬化的血液的电特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,新方法采用的血浆电阻R0,红细胞内液电阻R1和细胞膜电容C参数等能高灵敏地反映血浆、红细胞内液及细胞膜等的状态及性能变化,可为全面评价血液特性提供一种有效的手段。In this method, according to the frequency impedance characteristics of blood and the typical 3 element circuit model of blood, three constant currents with different frequency were applied to the blood and the relative impedance value measured, then the parameters of plasma resistance R 0 were calculated as well to intracellular fluid resistance R 1, cell membrane capacitance C and so on. Experiments of using the method to measure two kinds of blood samples were also made, i.e., (1) the blood sample in which plasma was replaced by physiological saline solution and (2) the blood sample in which erythrocytes were sclerotic. The results showed that the parameters such as R 0,R 1,C , could efficiently reflect the states and the changes of plasma, intracellular fluid and cell membrane, thus reflecting properties of blood more comprehensively.
