精制冠心颗粒剂防潮辅料的研究

摘　　要：目的:优选精制冠心颗粒的最佳防潮辅料及配比。方法:采用单因素试验,通过辅料种类、辅料用量对浸膏粉防潮效果(吸湿率)的测定,考察不同辅料及不同配比对精制冠心颗粒剂成型性、休止角和临界相对湿度的影响,筛选出制备精制冠心颗粒的最优辅料及配比。结果:微晶纤维素、可溶性淀粉、滑石粉、液体石蜡对浸膏粉防潮效果较佳,浸膏粉∶微晶纤维素∶可溶性淀粉∶滑石粉为1∶1.55∶0.4∶0.05时制成的颗粒流动性、成型性最好。结论:筛选出了精制冠心颗粒剂的防潮辅料,并为其大生产提供了依据。Objective：To select the optimal moisture-proof excipients and the optimal proportion for granule of Jingzhi Guanxin.Method：Formation,fluidity were used as the judgement criteria,the kinds and ratio of the excipients of Jingzhi Guanxin granule and processing technology were sieved out by single factor test.Result：The optimal proportion and components of Jingzhi Guanxin granule （Composed of extraction powder, microcrystalline cellulose, soluble starch, talc ）were 1 ： 1.55 ： 0.4 ： 0.05.Conclusion：The study provide a basis for large-scale production of Jingzhi Guanxin granule preparations.
