摘 要:为了提高离心泵的抗汽蚀性能,在离心泵叶轮入口处配置变螺距诱导轮,诱导轮设计为变螺距结构,以较小的叶片入口角获得较小的进口流量系数,以较大的叶片出口角产生足够的扬程,满足诱导轮本身的汽蚀性能要求以及离心叶轮入口压力性能的要求.基于诱导轮水力计算方法,分析了变螺距诱导轮的汽蚀性能及变螺距诱导轮重要参数组合,研究了诱导轮的螺距变化规律,给出了变螺距诱导轮应用实例,通过对不同的诱导轮的试验,结果表明,配置变螺距诱导轮的泵组具有良好汽蚀性能.鉴于所介绍的设计方法,考虑一定的尺寸、结构等因素,推出了一组变螺距诱导轮,以便对变螺距诱导轮的生产和进一步的研究提供参考.Variable-pitch inducers can be mounted in front of impeller inlet to improve the anti- cavitation properties of centrifugal pump. The inducer is designed with variable-pitch structure, with smaller inlet blade angle to obtain smaller import flow coefficient, and with greater outlet blade angle to generate enough head to meet the requirements of cavitation in the inducer and the inlet pressure performance in centrifugal impeller. Based on the hydraulic calculation method of the inducer, the cavitation performance and main parameters of variable-pitch inducers are analyzed. The variation law of the pitch is discussed theoretically. The application examples, which are from practical tests, have validated that the pump unit with the variable-pitch inducer can improve the anti-cavitation performance. Meanwhile, a series of variable-pitch inducers have been presented, which considers the factors as dimension, structure, capacity, etc, and provide good reference for manufacture and further study.
