摘　　要：意象在西方现代小说家笔下只是诸多叙事技巧中的一种,不一定成为小说中的主要叙事方式,但在张爱玲手中意象则成为最重要的叙事方式。张爱玲的"意象化"客观叙事是一种既能继承中外文学传统,又能满足现代读者阅读习惯的叙事方式。从叙事角度考察张爱玲小说意象兼顾了意象意义的分析,更重要的是从"意象化"客观叙事带来的形式美进行剖析,由此把握张爱玲小说的文体风格及其对中国现代小说史的贡献。Imagery is a sort of narrative skill among the many for the present western writers, which can＇t be the main narrative method of the novel. But it was the most important way of Aileen Chang. The objective narrative of imagery of Chang is the heritage of the Chinese and foreign literature tradition, and also the habitual reading habit to meet the needs of modern readers. From the angle of narration to inspect the works of Chang, the imagery covers the analysis on the meaning of it, and the more important, the analysis on form beauty from the objective narration, which is the way to grasp the style of Chang＇s works and the contribution to the history of Chinese novels.
