摘　　要：西南服务团云南支队的同志们与军事部队、当地地下党员团结一起,在军事接管的基础上,迅速建立起云南省、地、县、区各级人民民主政权,彻底打碎了国民政府在云南的反动官僚机构;同时,通过征粮剿匪、土地改革等方式巩固、建设了云南省人民政权,有力保障了新中国在西南边疆的统治,为边疆云南省的社会主义革命和建设事业做出了不可磨灭的历史功绩。The Comrades of Yunnan detachment in Southwest service regiment united together with the military army, the local underground party members, based on the military control, built rapidly Yunnan Provincial, the county, the area, all levels of people democratic political power, destroyed thoroughly Yunnan reactionary bureaucratic apparatus of the National Government; At the same time, through levied grain taxes bandits suppression, land reform and so on to consolidate to construct the Yunnan Province people＇s government, which has safeguarded powerfully the ruling right of new China in the southwest border area, has made the indelible historical achievement in the border area for Yunnan Province＇s socialist revolution and the construction.
