摘  要:针对目前油罐呼吸阀需拆卸后离线方能进行检测的问题,提出了基于逆向施压的呼吸阀性能在线检测方案,分析了逆向施压法的可行性,探讨了在线检测的关键参数——油罐呼吸阀内腔容积的计算方法,并推导其计算公式,建立了呼吸阀封闭后内腔压力变化与泄漏量的关系。基于逆向施压的呼吸阀在线检测系统无需拆卸呼吸阀即可检测其性能,操作简便,具有普遍的适用性。Aimed at the problem that the breather valve on oil tank needs to be disassembled for detection, an online testing procedure for breather valve by means of exerting pressure conversely was put forward, the feasibility of the converse pressure was analyzed, the key parameter for the intra-cavity cubage of the breather valve was discussed, the calculation expressions for it were deduced, the connection between the transformation of intracavity pressure and the leakage when the breather valve obstructed was set up. The system for breather valve detection online based on converse pressure can detect it need not to disassemble the components, it's convenient for operation and universally applicable.
