摘  要:设计了一种新型的可重构双C型RF—MEMS贴片天线,它由T型桥膜结构的电容式MEMS开关实时地控制天线结构,使之能够发生双频谐振。采用背腔结构的硅基底,使硅衬底的相对有效介电常数从9.18下降到1.51,这有利于减小表面波的损耗,通过优化设计有效地实现了天线的小型化。理论计算得到在开关断开和连通状态下,天线的谐振频率分别为11.14GHz和5.56GHz。将理论结果与HFSS软件仿真的结果进行比较,发现它们吻合得比较好,说明了可重构天线的设计具有可行性。A novel configurable double-C RF - MEMS patch antenna is designed, whose structure is real-timely controlled by a capacitive MEMS switch involving a T-shaped bridge. Thus, the antenna can resonate at two frequencies. All of the components are integrated on a silicon chip with the backspace structure to reduce the efficient relative permittlvity from 9.18 to 1. 51, and further, to diminish the loss of surface wave. Through optimization design, we achieve efficiently miniaturization of an- tenna. The resonant frequencies are 11.14 GHz and 5.56 GHz respectively in the states of switching off and switching on, which is calculated by the mended formula of the cavity model theory used in traditional rectangular patch is compared with the simulation results by HFSS software, they are in agreement, which shows that the configurable antenna model is feasible.
