摘  要:介绍了以余热蒸汽为动力的超微粉碎技术。该技术利用超音速蒸汽加速粉煤灰颗粒,使其相互碰撞并粉碎。通过对设备工况的调节,能高效、廉价地制备各种微米尺度的粉煤灰超微粉体。粒度分析和SEM图像显示,粉碎后粉煤灰平均粒度细,粒度分布较窄,能有效地保护粉煤灰颗粒的球状结构。在砂浆中应用结果表明,细化后的Ⅲ级粉煤灰具有较高的火山灰活性,并具有一定的减水作用,d50为10μm左右磨细灰具有最佳的减水效果。The process of improveing pozzolanic activity of the class Ⅲ fly ash via superfine grinding powered by residual steam was introduced. This technology crushed the fly ash by accelerate particle with supersonic steam. Through adjusting the regime, the superfine fly ash in micron scale was prepocced high-efficiently and low-costly. The granularity distribution, SEM images showed that the fly ash powder was uniform distributed, and the spheroidal structure of fly ash was reserved. The application in mortar showed that the ground fly ash with high pozzolanic activity reduced water requirement. The particle size of optimal water reducing effect was about 10 μm.
