摘　　要：喉乳头状瘤、声带白斑、声带肉芽肿作为喉良性肿瘤是喉科的常见病,西医多以手术治疗为主,术后复发率较高。李淑良教授认为喉良性肿瘤的形成多为气滞、瘀血、痰饮所致,其以中药汤剂益气活血化瘀、清热祛痰散结为原则,辨证论治,标本兼顾,取得了很好的临床疗效。Benign tumour of larynx is a commonly encountered disease in laryngology, such as papilloma of larynx, leukoplakia of larynx, and granuloma of vocal fold. The main treatment in western medicine is operation, but the recurrence rate is high. Professor LI Shu-liang considers that the reason of forming something like benign tumour of larynx is qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegmatic fluid. He gets significant curative effect by using Chinese herbal decoction, according to the rules of benefiting qi, activating blood, resolving stasis, clearing heat, dispelling phlegm and dissipating static blood. He uses treatment based on different syndromes, and treats diseases from both manifestation and root cause. The article is the summary of Professor LI Shu-liang＇s experience in treating benign tumour of larynx.
