摘  要:随着电网的商业化、市场化的深入发展,市场运行模式和规则不断修改和完善,要求电能计量系统具有更强的开放性和灵活性,方便进行系统扩充、修改和引入第三方软件和设备。山西省朔州供电局分公司为适应市场需求,增强电能计量装置异常处理分析的便捷性和准确性,针对其具体要求,设计了基于Struts框架技术的电能计量异常处理分析系统,并对应用中涉及的关键技术进行了分析。Along with the commercial and market-oriented, in-depth development of power grid, the operation of the market model and rules have been revising and perfecting. Electric energy Measurement System is required with greater openness and flexibility, and Facilitate system expansion, modification and the introduction of third-party software and equipment, in order to meet market demand, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province Power branches, enhanced power metering device Exceptions analysis of the convenience and accuracy. Against Shuozhou Power branch of the specific requirements, design framework based on Struts metering technology Exceptions analysis system, as well as the application of key technology for the analysis.
