摘　　要：数字资源网络化以后，中文与外文资源互链共享存在一系列问题：资源文字表述方式上的差异，资源链接的产权保护，信息孤岛的存在，资源编码标准的多样化等。针对这些问题，文章提出利用基于DOI的开放式知识链接体系来搭建中文与外文资源互链的桥梁，并在精品科技期刊平台建设中，利用DOI进行中文与外文链接的实验研究，结果表明该方法有效可行。This paper focuses on series problems that exist in linking and sharing between Chinese resources and foreign resources under network digital resources, which include the difference of the Verbal Expression, the protection of property right within resources linking, existing of Information Island, and the diversification in resources coding standard, etc.. We put forward one bridge between Chinese resources and foreign resources using open knowledge linking system based on DOI; and introduce the experimental research on linking between Chinese resources and foreign resources using DOI to build the key STM journal platform, the result shows the method is effective and feasible.
