摘　　要：本文对电炉炉衬的侵蚀原理进行了分析,根据铸管生产的具体要求,通过试验中性材料炉衬、改变了烘炉工艺,炉衬的使用寿命和安全性都大大超越原先的酸性材料炉衬。This article analyses the corrosion principle of the induction furnace liner. We alter the drying technics through testing the neuter material of furnace liner according to the specific request about pipe casting. After that, the life and the security of the furnace liner exceeds the liner made by acid material greatly.
