复方银杏滴丸对大鼠体内溶栓作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方银杏滴丸在大鼠体内溶栓作用。方法:通过电刺激法形成大鼠颈动脉混合血栓,测定复方银杏滴丸对大鼠体内血栓形成和体外血凝块溶解作用的影响。结果:复方银杏滴丸各剂量组均可明显降低血栓重量(P<0.05);复方银杏滴丸100、200、400mg/kg组对电刺激大鼠颈总动脉形成的血栓溶解率分别为29.70%±7.04%,39.94%±4.66%,46.74%±7.42%(P<0.05),溶栓作用呈剂量效应关系。Objective： To observe the thrombolytic effects of compound ginkgo dripping pills in rats.Methods：Model of rat＇s thrombus induced by electrically stimulated the common carotid artery （CCA）. Thrombus and throniholysis were evaluated respectively.Results： All the groups of compound ginkgo dripping pills could notably lighten the weight of the thrombus induced by stimulating the CCA （P〈0.05）. Dissolving rate of thrombosis with group of 100, 200, 400 mg/kg was 29.70%±7.04%,39.94%±4.66%,46.74%±7.42% （P〈0.05） by stimulating the CCA respectively, and the thrombolytic effect increased in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion：Compound ginkgo dripping pills could inhibit the thrombosis and have the satisfactory effect on thrombolysis.
