摘　　要：通过对国内外个人数字图书馆的概念、特征、服务功能、管理软件、构建过程等进行分析比较,总结出国内外个人数字图书馆的优缺点,指出个人数字图书馆是信息社会发展的产物,两种类型的个人数字图书馆是相互促进、不可偏废的。By comparing the concept, characteristics, services, management software, and the building process of individual digital libraries at home and abroad, the author points out that the individual digital library is a product of the development of the information society and the two types of varieties promote each other.
