摘 要:针对马庄油田为疏松稠油低渗砂岩油藏,油层疏松易碎,出砂严重,常常造成油层砂埋,油管砂堵,造成井下设备不能正常生产,同时低渗油藏必须进行压裂改造才能见产,因此开展了压裂防砂技术的研究。该技术利用树脂砂的特点,在压裂时尾追一定比例的树脂砂,达到了防砂增产的目的。MaZhuang oil field is a heavy oil reservoir of loose sand with low permeability. Sand production is becoming more and more serious, and it causes some problems:Oil reservoir is covered by sand, and tubing is plugged by sand, and down hole equipments cannot work normally. Moreover, reservoir with low permeability has no productivity unless it is fractured. So fracturing sand control technique is studied. According to the characteristic of resin sand, this technique acts as a technical measure both in sand-control and production stimulation by tailing in resin sand in a certain proportion in fracturing.
