摘  要:在低压气水同产井中,段塞流转向环雾流的转变通常发生在上升过程中,它通常被认为是利用气举排水采气时产水量不稳定波动的根源。了解并且准确预测段塞流到环雾流的整个转变过程,可对低压产水气井采取高效气举排液起到关键性的帮助。本文通过引用现场和实验室数据,证实从段塞流到环状流的转变过程是极不稳定的流动状态,严重影响气举携液效率,应该采取措施避免其发生。此外,笔者介绍了一种预测过渡流发生的方法,现场实例验证这种方法可以有效的判断其发生的时间,由此可以及时制定或改变相应的措施予以避免:相对于产气水量大的气井,气举主要是采用段塞流的形式排液;而相对于产液体积小的气井,气举排液方式通常采用环雾流的形式排液。Slug to annular flow pattern transition taking place during the upward gas-liquid well transportation is a source of flow instabilities often experienced with conventional gas lifting as well as with unloading operations of water accumulated at the bottom level of gas wells in low-pressure gas. Understanding and proper prediction of Slug to annular flow pattern transition is particularly essential for developing suitable production operations and for designing effective gas lifting or unloading strategies from low-pressure gas and oil reservoirs. This paper uses field data and laboratory measurements to suggest that Slug to annular flow pattern transition can be a source of flow instabilities and should be avoided. Moreover, it also illustrates the positive effect of decreasing the amount of gas injected during the gas lifting of a large amount of fluid,so reducing the instability risk is simply achieved by reducing the gas injected.At last,a method to deal with this sitution is presented in the paper.
